Excellent Hotel Experience
helpful staff super clean room comfortable mattress
The front desk staff was particularly helpful with directions. I also appreciated the cleanliness. My room was super clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable (a good firm mattress!) , made sleeping easy.
The rooftop pool was a bit small. I wish it could accomodate more guests at a time.

dirty vents room smell
the breakfast included a wide variety of options to choose from
the air conditioning vents was dirty i noticed dirt falling from them the room also had a peculiar smell that detracted from the experience cleaning services did not meet expected standards

large room great location limited view unworthy balcony
The room was quite large. The location was GREAT. There are local bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Sagrada Familia is within walking distance.
I booked a room with a balcony view. There was NO view from the balcony. The balcony wasn't worth the money.
